For example, for a commissioner expecting a Full-Partial commission, their buying price must match that of 3,000 USD.

Payment

Full payment is the only form accepted on this Etsy listing. If you wish to have a payment plan, please message us. Etsy also has a built in payment plan system.

This payment is a material fee! It can absolutely NOT be refunded during any part of the process!

Materials

We will do our best to color match to the reference sheet provided! We will communicate all color choices with the buyer before purchasing.

We do NOT accept materials shipped to us by the client. We purchase all materials from the following manufacturers:

Fursuit heads are limited to PLA plastic 3D-Printed Bases of the commissioners choice. These can be purchased from other makers, or printed by us. 

3D Printed Heads can NOT be left in cars or in heated places or they will warp. Please ensure that you know this and agree to care for your suit head appropriately before purchasing. 

All suits will be made with faux fur and plush mochi minky exteriors, and brushed jersey interiors. This includes hand paw lining, and head lining. This does not include feetpaws, which will be lined with plush quilted fabric. Fullsuits and armsleeves will not be lined. Padding for digitigrade fullsuits will come with washable lining for all padding.

ETSY DEADLINE IS INACCURATE. ONLY A CUSTOM HEAD WILL TAKE 10 WEEKS. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THIS.

The deadline begins after the start of work - this will be communicated with the commissioner.

Rush Fees are available at up to 30% of the commission price. As the percentage increases, the completion time shortens.

Convention deadlines MUST be expected in advance of at least 1 month. Convention pick-ups may be offered. 

Unpredictable extensions may occur, this includes but is not limited to:

Pre-ordered or delayed fur

Design changes

Payment plans and/or holds

Shipping delays

Waiting on reference art

If you are concerned about anything that may delay the process, just let us know beforehand!

Holding

On Hold items will be held for up to 6 months total.

There will be a 2% late fee placed on the commission per month of being On Hold.

If On Hold items go past the 6 month deadline, the commission will be cancelled and the down payment will be forfeited as non-refundable.

Delays

If your commission is substantially delayed, to an extension of about 25% the original time given, your shipping will be completely free.

However, if the delay is caused by a lack of payment or late payment, this rule does not apply. If the suit design is drastically changed or more materials must be ordered, this rule does not apply. If the suit is lost in transit or delayed in shipping after being sent, this rule does not apply. If lack of communication with the commissioner delays the process, this rule does not apply.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

40% Down Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE

By commissioning us and paying your down payment, which covers all material costs, you understand that you will not be receiving this money back. This is the only portion of money during a commission you will not get back.

Once the commission is started, we are only able to refund as listed:

100% refund available before starting

50% refund available before full completion

0% refund available after completion

(Does not include Down Payment!)

If you wish to cancel your commission, please respect the time, effort, and money we have put into the work- hence the refund percentages.

Returns of the completed commission work are NOT accepted. If there are any issues, please contact us to remedy any issues.

Shipping

Shipment can be sent to almost every country via: 

UPS Air Mail

FedEx Express Delivery

USPS Priority Mail

We are located in the USA. Domestic Shipping to the USA and territories will most likely take 1-3 days after purchase. International Shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks.

It is the responsibility of the commissioner to cover any extra Customs Fees, Tariffs, or other expenses regarding shipping. It is also the responsibility of the commissioner to understand that some countries have a stricter customs system than others, and the safety of the suit during this time will be up to the commissioner.

Shipping will be paid by the buyer at the time of shipment. The suit will not be shipped until the buyer has paid for shipping.

A signature requirement will be included, however, any purchased insurance is only recommended and will be up to the commissioner.

We will closely monitor the location of the suit at all times during shipping. If the suit is lost or damaged at this time, we will know. If any concerns arise, message us first. 

The package weight and size will be determined by the type of fursuit you commission, and the shipment fee will be greater for larger and heavier packages.

Warranties

At the time of shipment of your fursuit, you will have a one-year warranty on all fursuits and suit parts that we make. Whether it be popped seams, fitting issues, holes, adhesive failures, or any other issues that were caused by just wear and tear, we will be able to fix them free of charge provided that you ship it to us. We will take care of shipping the parts back!

You are more than welcome to have another suit maker fix the suit themselves if you'd prefer, however, this will void your warranty.

Invasive modifications done to your fursuit, including but not limited to tearing something out or cutting into the fursuit to add things, will void your warranty.

Your warranty is void if you have used your suit for purposes that can be considered as a biohazard.

Fursuits are a luxury item and can be fragile. If you are found to be acting careless with the fursuit and something breaks, the warranty may not cover that for you.

17 years and under

17 and under are NOT allowed to place orders for fursuit commissions.

ONLY Parental Guardians of minors are allowed to purchase a commission slot. In this case, the guardian MUST be able to provide proof of age. 

(We have the right to cancel your commission slot if you are in violation of this. Characters and Fursuits pictured are not for sale. We do not accept stolen designs.)
